PRODUCT RETURNS We guarantee your satisfaction. Therefore, please examine the contents of your order when it arrives. If any of our products are defective or not satisfactory, we will take them back within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. If you need to return something, please call our toll-free number (877-922-ECHO) or email us at info@echoesintime.com within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice, and we will provide you with information on how to return the item(s) to us. This procedure is necessary to assure correct processing of the returned item(s). COD's will not be accepted.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We use United Parcel Ground Service to ship most orders. Orders shipped from our warehouse can be delivered in 7-10 days from the date of order (see shipping rate chart above). If there is any delay, you will be notified. Items ordered at the same time may not be shipped in the same box or depending on availability, on the same date. No order can be accepted to PO, APO or FPO addresses.
UPS Second Day Air Service is available in the United States and Puerto Rico. Add
$15 to the standard shipping charge for this service. Orders must be received by 12 noon (EST) for deliveries to be made by the close of business on the second business day. . (Example, orders received by 12 noon on Monday will be delivered by close of business on Wednesday.) Some shipments to Alaska require additional time in transit.
For delivery outside the United States, we will send you an email with the actual shipping costs prior to an item being shipped. We accept only credit card or money orders drawn on U.S. Funds for foreign shipments. All duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
